The Council of Shia Muslim Scholars of North America have officially announced that Thursday, September 9th is the first day of the month of Safar, 1443. 

We implore and beseech Allah with utmost reverence and sincerity to shower you all with His infinite blessings and mercy during this month.

أعلنت مجلس علماء الشيعة في أمريكا الشمالية أن يوم الخميس، المصادف ٩ سبتمبر هو أول يوم شهر صفر الأحزان ١٤٤٣

نسأل الله تعالى بحق محمد وآل محمد أن يغمركم جميعًا بركاته ورحمته خلال هذا الشهر .
